Shiatsu
Shiatsu, which means “finger pressure”, is an ancient Japanese tradition based on traditional Chinese medicine that uses hand and finger pressure to adjust the body’s physical structure and its natural inner energies, to help common ailments and conditions, and correct imbalances in the body. Pressure applied to points on the body promotes energy flow and corrects disharmonies throughout the patient’s body.
Ayurveda
Ayurveda, which means literally “science of life” (‘Ayu’ meaning ‘life’ and ‘veda’ meaning ‘knowledge’) in Sanskrit, is one of the most ancient systems of healthcare known to man. It was first established in India 5000 years ago and has been a continual practice to this day.

Deep Tissue
